Aku Stress.




Aku stress.
Bila aku stress, aku sakit hati.
Bila aku sakit hati, aku lapar.
Bila aku lapar, aku rasa nak makan.
Kalau aku tak makan, aku rasa nak marah orang.
Rasa nak maki hamun.
Rasa nak mengamuk.
Rasa nak buat hal sendiri.
Lantakla nak jadi apa pun.
Boleh blah!
Aku tak heran!
Aku ada banyak lagi hal penting yang tak selesai lagi.


Tapi aku ambil jalan penyelesaian yang rasional.
Aku tarik nafas dalam2.
Cuba untuk tenangkan fikiran.
Marah2 pun tak selesaikan masalah.
Istighfar banyak2..
Astaghfirullah al azim..
Cuba hadapi masalah sebaik mungkin.
Sebab aku kan cool!
